A giant clock/map of the world, with St. George the Dragonslayer on top. He’s the patron saint of Moscow and appears on the city’s coat of arms. This dome is made of glass and you can go underneath into a 4-story-underground shopping mall and look straight up at it and see the light shining through, coloring it.
